It's simple! First, complete registration. Check out the Get Started section of the site for a list of contest tips, tools, FAQs and rules. Then, determine your creative and take "action!" Shoot your video addressing at least 2 principles of Vespanomics. Creativity and originality will also be taken into consideration, along with viewer ratings - so get inspired! Make sure your video is between 15 seconds to 2 minutes in length. Once you're ready, upload your video (you can submit up to 5 videos total) to our contest website, which officially enters you into the contest.
Make sure you submit as early as possible. This allows you more time to get votes and to rally all your friends to support your video. You can also promote your video by placing it in a blog, social networking or video sharing profile, or sending via email using the links provided in your user page.
A panel of judges from Piaggio Group Americas will determine the grand prize, second and third place winners, along with the 7 runners-up based on four criteria: ability to address Vespanomics principles (25%); creativity (25%), originality (25%) and ratings by contest site viewers (25%). All criteria will be rated on a scale of 1 to 10 points, with 1 being the lowest score and 10 being the highest. Ratings scores will be determined by Contest Entrants and points allocated as follows: 0 ratings = 0 points, 2 avg. rating: 2 points, 4 avg. rating: 4 points, and so on up to 10 maximum points.
You must be 18 years or older, a legal U.S. resident and agree to the terms and conditions of the Official Rules.
The Grand Prize winner receives a Vespa GTS. The Second Place winner receives an LX150 and the Third Place winner is awarded an LX50. Seven Runners-Up will also win a Vespa-branded jacket. Click here to view prizing.

To qualify you must at least use 2 of the 4 Vespanomics principles in your video. Judging will be based on how well you illustrate Vespanomics messaging, not on how many concepts you include (as long as you meet the minimum requirement and address at least 2 principles). If you feel that using all 4 principles will help you get across your message, then feel free to do so.
